The temperature in the steam box is about 45°C and humidity nearly 100%. This treatment is beneficiary for people with respiratory problems. High humidity hydrates the skin and opens skin pores, followingly the skin is detoxicated. Your senses will calm down and any tense will be relieved thanks to warmth and humidity.
ICY COOLING
Icy crystals will pleasantly cool you down after hot sauna. Take handful of crushed ice and use it for the massage of your body adding to the effect of sauna the effect of peeling.
KNEIPP POOL
Kneipp pavement is a unique water-based treatment. During this procedure you will get from a warm water pool into the chilled water pool, repeating the procedure several times and finishing in the cool water pool. The bottom of the pool is covered by small pebbles which will massage your feet. Kneipp therapy improves blood circulation and treat thus the syndrome of cold feet. It works also as the prevention from cold, migraine and effects positively your mental health.
