Valentine’s weekend

Romantic ambience, candles, tones of piano, strawberry flavor and special Valentine’s degustation menu (690 CZK/person):

  • Welcome drink Prosecco extra dry with fresh strawberry
  • Coarse grains of duck liver and veal navel with homemade onion jam and bread crostini
  • Smoked salmon tartare with basil pesto, fresh grapefruit and sprig of dill, French baked baguette
  • Scaloppina from boneless veal chops roasted on duck fat with pink pepper berries and coarse-grained sea salt, grilled vegetables Ratatouille
  • Mousse Alunga with Maracuja Cream and Mango Tartar
